• Hacking & Fraud: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using a betting account as a channel to launder illicit funds.
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or with a false identity.

BD99 Bat Reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration
• Involvement in Prohibited Activities
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority
• Self-exclusion at your own request

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.
